The programme is for parents and carers and will be delivered across across 3 Tuesdays

Tuesday 1st April 2025 – 9.30am – 2.30pm

A structured, 6 session programme supporting and empowering parents and carers with information and strategies around:
- Planning for transition
- Supporting independence
- Reasonable adjustments and SEND
- Further education and employment
- Independent living
- Community inclusion
- Relationships
- Good health and wellbeing
- Local provision and services.
