Just come along.  Halton Community Network Group is every Monday during term time at 12:30pm – 2:30pm at Ditton Community Centre.

This week we are joined by a SEND  caseworker

Giving an introduction to SEND support.

There is also the opportunity discuss any difficulties you may be experiencing with your child or young person and explore strategies to support them.
