ND Conditions Learning Programme (Halton)
This programme is Face to face in Halton across 3 Tuesdays – 14th, 21st and 28th April 9.30am – 2.45pm
You should attend all 3 sessions.
Our Neurodevelopmental Conditions Learning Programme provides an opportunity for parents and carers to gain understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions including autism and ADHD and to develop skills and strategies to support the presenting needs of their own child or young person (with or without a diagnosis).
Topics covered during the sessions include:
- Neurodevelopmental Conditions – including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Specific Learning Difficulties.
- Sensory Processing Differences
- Managing everyday challenges and behaviours – including sleep, toileting and eating difficulties.
- Supporting mental health and wellbeing.
- Your Local Offer, disability welfare rights and SEND, Early Help and Education Health Care Plans.
