Just come along.  Halton Community Network Group is every Monday during term time at 12:30pm – 2:30pm at Ditton Community Centre.

This week’s topic will be “Supporting Transition and Managing Changes”

Transition and change can be particularly difficult for many neurodivergent children and young people. We explore why this is and what we can do to support our children and young people to better cope with change.

The Community Network Groups provide a discussion based opportunity to develop your understanding around neurodevelopmental conditions (NDCs), to ask questions and share learning and experience. You can talk to other parents, the ADDvanced Solutions team and visiting professionals who can help and support you.
