New Venue for St Helens Community Network Group!

From Tuesday 6th January the St Helens Community Network Group will be held at a new venue Willowbrook -The Living Well, Borough Rd, St Helens WA10 3RN

The Living Well will be the new home of our Community Network Group in St Helens, offering parents and carers an opportunity to gain knowledge and advice around neurodiversity and feel better equipped to support their children and young people. The sessions will be every Tuesday afternoon in term time, 12.30pm – 2.30pm. The group offers a free, informal, needs led, opportunity to discuss any difficulties that you might be facing as well as covering a topic each week, giving practical strategies from lived experience and reassurance that you are not alone.

Here are the topics we will be discussing during the group sessions in St Helens this half term:

  • Tues 6th January – Open Session – seek advice around any challenges you are facing
  • Tues 13th January – Sensory Processing Difficulties
  • Tues 20th January – Home-Start Parent Support
  • Tues 27th January – Improving Sleep for neurodiverse families
  • Tues 3rd February – Autism, ADHD and Masking
  • Tues 10th February – Supporting Siblings of neurodivergent children

There is no need to book just turn up, no referral or diagnosis needed.
