Compliments
All compliments will be acknowledged and will be passed to both the relevant colleague and their line manager. A copy of the feedback will be kept on the colleague’s personnel file.
Comments and Suggestions
All comments and suggestions will be shared with the appropriate team and director for due consideration.
Complaints and Concerns
If you have any concerns or complaints please let us know:
- The nature of your complaint or concern
- The positive outcome you wish to achieve by bringing the complaint or raising the concern
The complaints procedure is intended to provide a fair and transparent structure for making and dealing with complaints.
The complaint should be made in writing to the Director of Quality and Standards, or if you feel that is not appropriate, to another Director. Complaints will be acknowledged, in writing, within seven working days and investigated within 21 days. You will be kept informed of the result of any investigation.
