St Helens group is every Tuesday during term time at 12:30pm – 2:30pm and the Wonderland Community Centre.\nThe Community Network Groups provide an opportunity to develop your understanding around neurodevelopmental conditions (NDCs), to ask questions and share learning and experience. You can talk to other parents, the ADDvanced Solutions team and visiting professionals who can help and support you.\nThis week’s topic will be “Managing Stress”\nWe discuss and recognise the stress that whole families can feel when navigating challenges associated with neurodiversity.  Managing stress is an important part of supporting children and young people.  This session provides an opportunity to explore your own family’s stress factors and strategies to manage them.\nThere is also the opportunity discuss any difficulties you may be experiencing with your child or young person and explore strategies to support them.\nWe look forward to seeing you.\n
