You can talk to other parents, the ADDvanced Solutions team and visiting professionals who can help and support you.\nThis week’s topic is  Improving Sleep for neurodivergent children and young people.\nMany neurodivergent children and young people have greater difficulty with sleep and this can impact their behaviour and emotions during the day and can effect the whole family.  Come along to explore what might be contributing to sleep difficulties and what you can do to support your own child to improve their sleep.\nWe look forward to seeing you.\n
